I led the design for Fiverr’s Hourly project - a key step in expanding the platform beyond one-off services into long-term, flexible collaborations.

For the first time, Fiverr supported hourly payments and ongoing contracts, opening new opportunities for freelancers and businesses to work together.

The challenge touched every layer: building business trust around long-term work, modernizing a complex legacy infrastructure, and crafting a clear, intuitive experience that helped both freelancers and clients feel confident embracing hourly collaboration.
